The CNC coordinate measurement system should have a high-speed moving XYZ worktable with high accuracy, repeatability, and reliability. The XYZ worktable of the Power Metro image measurement system adopts a bridge design. In addition to a sturdy granite base and column, the Z-axis is made of aviation aluminum alloy material to increase positioning accuracy. In addition, compared to other similar products that use plastic, the protective casing of the Power Metro imaging measurement system is made of high-precision, reinforced fiberglass.

Powerful software features
The Smart Inspector Pro measurement software independently developed by our company is matched with the PowerMetro image measurement system. SmartInspector Pro is a multifunctional and easy-to-use software that can be programmed to perform repetitive measurement tasks to achieve fully automatic measurement. Smar tInspectorPro has functions such as precision image processing, obtaining coordinate data, and geometric operations. The measurement results can be directly output in EXCEL format. In addition, the optional PowerMatch software can display the point cloud of the workpiece. By comparing the point cloud with the CAD design drawing, the differences between the workpiece and the original design can be directly reflected.
